Turkey’s sun and beaches draw in millions of tourists every year, but nature, especially Turkey’s mountainscapes, is no less impressive. Alanya Taurus Mountain Hiking Tour is an incredible full-day experience, offering stunning nature sights and a good workout too!
The tour starts with an inclusive hotel pick-up around 9 am, which takes you to the hike’s starting point in the middle of lush woodlands. Climbing up through the forest trails, you will see increasingly beautiful views of mountaintops and valleys under the guidance of a local wilderness expert.
There will be multiple stops for drinks and snacks, and picnic-style lunch at the top, after which you will start the descent.
The tour includes lunch, hotel pick up and drop off, and guidance of a certified wilderness instructor. The hike’s length is about 20 kilometers or 12 miles but includes multiple breaks and is relatively slow-paced. Please wear comfortable, hiking-appropriate clothing, and sturdy hiking shoes.

The tour starts and mainly runs through a forested area. Reaching the peaks would require serious experience and professional experience, but this tour is comfortable and enjoyable for everyone who does regular exercising.

The route’s total length is about 20 kilometers or 12 miles. You will be walking around 4 hours with a break every hour, and a picnic-style lunch break. Most of the walking is done on forest trails, so only a basic level of fitness is required.
